My Work

I help leaders, groups and organizations in finding meaning in this changing world. My perspective and handcraft has its roots in systemic thinking, sports psychology, narrative and psychosynthesis. My background in the Armed Forces and my experiences on crisis management and group dynamics also permeates my way of working.

Most often I support cultural transformation and leadership development. In special occasions I give speeches and take coaching clients.

Change management and strategic support for innovation and transformation processes. This also includes cultural shifts and training programs.

Longer and shorter initiatives and programs, personal development and leadership training.

I work with Teams

Creating conditions for intelligent units to collaborate and communicate better.

I work with Dialogue, Coaching and Crisis Debrief

Support and education for individuals and managers in challenging situations and in the search for meaning. 

I work with The Meaning School

With focus of the leader as a creator of meaning and the meaning of things me and my faculty educate and inspire managers and catalysts to learn more of sense making processes in organisational context.
